Quiet, considered and authentic, Sascha oozes class and has time to talk to everyone. He also knows what he’s talking about: after graduating from high school, Sascha pursued an apprenticeship in the hotel business for 2 and a half years. He is self-taught in bartending and mixology, through both reading and learning-by-doing.

After his apprenticeship he worked in a specialist wine shop, further developing his understanding of the drinks industry. He has also honed his craft by completing 3 separate training programmes at BarAkademie Berlin and since 2016 he has been working full-time behind the bar. Beat that.
