She has been a bartender for 10 years and is the Bar Manager of Pittsburgh’s Butcher & The Rye. Not surprisingly, whisky is her jam and her favourite ingredient when creating cocktails. She particularly enjoys experimenting with new ingredients, new techniques and testing herself on the cocktail competition scene.
