  • 30ml Auchentoshan American Oak
  • 30ml coconut water
  • 15ml cinnamon syrup
  • 22.5ml lime juice
  • 4 dashes Dale Degroff Pimento bitters

The Pittsburgh version of a Tiki cocktail, inspired by hot summer days cooling off at the Mon River; mixing Auchentoshan American Oak with coconut water, lime, cinnamon and bitters to create a sharp but refreshing flavour.

Shake with ice and strain into a mug or rocks glass Garnish with thin lime wheel
